Garrett Disney Robot Mix (Real Gone/Cars, We Are Siamese/Lady and the Tramp, Arabian Night/Aladdin)
Description: WATCH IN HIGHER QUALITY - there is a place to click under the right side of the vid...it will look SO much better... so for a description: VIDEO: this is just a little video I put together as a gift for my nephew (garrett, obviously) using some clips of him bustin' a serious groove along with footage of his last visit here in chicago... it was made as a gift for him, but I thought others might like to see it (mostly because he's so darned cute) MUSIC: the music is actually a track from a cd I made for garrett earlier this year. He loves to listen to my first cd - however there are a lot of songs on that one that aren't really suitable for 2 and 4 year olds... so, I made him a cd of Disney songs that I rearranged and sang for him in different styles (flamenco, jazz, blues, yodeling) - this is the techno track from the cd...called Disney Medley Robot Mix (I used an audio clip of Garrett for the track, thus the name..you'll get it when you listen to it) hope you like it!

Ultimate Wall-E Robot Toy Debut at Maker Faire 2008
Description: The Ultimate Wall-E robot toy debuted at Maker Faire 2008 on May 3-4 at the San Mateo Fairgrounds. In the video, Wall-E first moves around looking for people to talk to. Then he plays some music and dances. Finally (in the dark portion of the video), he calls out for his friend Eva when he sees someone wearing a white shirt. From Disney's press release: "Ultimate WALL·E features 10 motors, giving it a high level of movement and animation. The remote control makes it easy for kids to program WALL·E's movements. An innovative touch programming system lets kids direct WALL·E simply by making patterns on the remote's touch pad. With voice activation and a follow-me mode, WALL·E can follow the sound of a human voice and detect someone entering a room. He also has several emotional states and an easy system for programming thousands of combinations of movements with the remote. Numerous sensors allow him to detect and respond to his environment, including infrared sensors that allow him to detect obstacles and steer around them, sonic ears that detect sound direction, and touch sensors. Also MP3 compatible and features built-in speakers." It'll be available in late September for about $189.99. For more geek entertainment goodness: http://www.greatwhitesnark.com
