TDLFAN has posted a photo album featuring construction pictures of the new Tokyo Disneyland Resort Hotel. There are 34 pictures in all.

Here is video of Tokyo Disneyland’s version of the Main Street Electrical Light Parade. It’s only 32 seconds and shows only one float but it’s clear they’ve updated the technology since Disneyland’s was created in 1972. This version opened in Tokyo Disneyland March 9th 1985.

There are a total of 5 Disney castles located at the Disney parks; Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland. This posts shows a picture of each and gives the name. When I started this, I was under the impression that they were each named after a Disney Princess but instead I found they are all named after either Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty.

I create a new page that links to each Disney Map from each Disney Park at each Disney Resort. I hope you find these as useful as I do. It will become the third regular link on the right along with the Disney Links page and the Recommend Stuff page.

I found it interesting that each Disney Destination site was different in design and in functionality. If you cruise some of these maps, you will find that very few resorts present them in the same fashion. In fact, the best maps I could find of the Disneyland Resort in California were actually PDFs. Besides for these three maps, all the rest link to pages on the particular resort’s site.

This video features Mickey, Roger Rabbit, Chip & Dale, Donald Duck and Minnie Mouse dancing to various American songs like YMCA, Thriller and Vogue. I’m not sure what location in the park its from or what the name of the show is. If anyone knows, leave a comment.

Watch Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy dance around the stage in Tokyo Disney Sea. Wonder were Mickey was?

Aladdin Central has 5 MP3 files available for download before August 1st. Three are Aladdin specific and the other two are Cinderella’s Carousel and The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management - WDW version).

Here is a video courtesy of the Inside the Magic Video Podcast. This is a promotional video put out by Disney showcasing the attraction Pooh’s Hunny Hunt in Tokyo Disney. One interesting fact about this ride is that the cars don’t run on tracks. They are free roaming. If anyone knows more about how they do this, please post a comment.
