Cobong has posted a Flickr set from their recent trip to the Hong Kong Disneyland resort. There are a few pictures from the hotel which looks very attractive. 21 photos in all.

The Really Bites blog has five videos from Hong Kong Disneyland. Two are from the Lion King show. Three are from the fireworks show.

BarryBedford.com has a nice video of Sleeping Beauty Castle in Hong Kong Disneyland. I’m not sure if the video was shot in a single day or over multiple trips but it shows the castle during multiple times including lit up at night and during the castle show. It runs 6 minutes 10 seconds and is 13.3 MB. It is in a nice screen format though.

Previously, I posted a video of the Hong Kong Disneyland tree lighting ceremony. I think this is the same show, but from a completely different view point. I know this one is from the tree lighting ceremony:

This is a TV commmercial for Hong Kong Disneyland. You can see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Chip & Dale and Pluto decorating the park in Christmas attire.

If you got to this page, there are 5 picture galleries filled with photos from Hong Kong Disneyland. They are fun to look through. They haven’t been updated in awhile (according to the dates) but there are some nice photos.

This video shows three guys dressed as the clean up crew playing music on their janitorial equipment. I don’t know a kid who doesn’t love to beat on garbage cans to make music. This is a good example of mixing quality entertainment while still catering to adults and kids alike.

There are a total of 5 Disney castles located at the Disney parks; Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland. This posts shows a picture of each and gives the name. When I started this, I was under the impression that they were each named after a Disney Princess but instead I found they are all named after either Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty.

The guys over at themeparkreview.com have released a 4 minute and 46 second mpg video tour of their trip to Disneyland in Hong Kong. They even got Space Mountain with the lights on.

Hong Kong Disneyland opened on September 12, 2005. Currently it has no sister parks like the other Disney resorts around the world and it is the smallest of all the parks.

I create a new page that links to each Disney Map from each Disney Park at each Disney Resort. I hope you find these as useful as I do. It will become the third regular link on the right along with the Disney Links page and the Recommend Stuff page.

I found it interesting that each Disney Destination site was different in design and in functionality. If you cruise some of these maps, you will find that very few resorts present them in the same fashion. In fact, the best maps I could find of the Disneyland Resort in California were actually PDFs. Besides for these three maps, all the rest link to pages on the particular resort’s site.

Screanscape.com has some pictures from Hong Kong Disneyland. It doesn’t where in the world you are, Disney is always about the kids!
