Walt Disney Animation Studios is alive and well. Thanks to the Pixar buyout, Disney has the advantage of John Lasseter to head up this group and keep it rolling. In the past, this group has been the target of cut backs, layoffs and reorganization.

Adventures by Disney has released their 2009 destinations. New vacation spots include Bella, Italy, New York, New York, and the Montana’s Flathead River.

A Disneyland Frontier reader asked for a schedule of the fireworks in Hong Kong Disneyland. The schedule changes depending on the time of year, but currently you can see the fireworks every night at 9:00 PM.

You can see a calendar with a schedule on their site’s Monthly Calendar.

I couldn’t see Mater as the evil Darth Vader. He’s much more of a chewbacca character.
