Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room 45th Anniversary Product Release & Signing

On Sunday, June 22nd, various artists will be on hand in Disneyland to release and sign special 45th anniversary Tiki Room products. These artists include: Dave Avanzino, Kelly Cabatuan, Victor Cabatuan, Brian Crosby, Jim Crouch, Jody Daily, Kevin Kidney, Larry Nikolai, Maggie Parr and George Scribner

    50 Year Old Disney Affectionado.

    I first visited the Magic Kingdom in Orlando in 1978 and was completely enchanted by the wonderful Tiki Room show, which I had the privelege of seeing several times since. To my dissapointment, they changed it and put it under “New Management”.

    When I saw the new Tiki Room show my dissapointment turned to horror. They destroyed a Disney treasure and replaced it with something that was worse than amaturistic. It was down right horrible.

    The voice of the one bird, Gilbert Gottfried, was jsut obnoxious and abraisive; completely unsuitable for a Disney attraction. In fact, the only suitable prase to adequately describe this new show is a monstrosity of amaturistic garbage. The man or woman responsible for this piece of mega crap should have been fired.
