Here is a list of the Disney Chief Executive Officers. It’s interesting to note that Walt Disney was never officially CEO, but served as President from 1929 to 1945. It’s also noteworthy that Walt’s nephew and Roy O. Disney‘s son Roy E. Disney along with Stanley Gold were responsible for getting Ron W. Miller and Michael Eisner replaced even though they ousted Miller in favor Eisner.

1968 – 1971 Roy O. Disney
1971 – 1976 Donn Tatum
1976 – 1983 Esmond Cardon Walker
1983 – 1984 Ron W. Miller
1984 – 2005 Michael Eisner
2005 – Present Robert Iger

UPDATE: Apparently the CEO title was never used until around 1968. So from 1929 to 1968 you could say Walt was the CEO or that he shared the responsibilities with his brother Roy.
