After it’s first year under direction from Bob Iger, things are looking bright for Disney as this AP story describes. Obviously, the Pixar deal was the biggest deal of 2006 but the iTunes distribution deal and the success of Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and ABC shows like “Lost,” “Desperate Housewives” and “Grey’s Anatomy” all helped.
