This video of John Lasseter (wmv format) at the premiere of Nightmare Before Christmas provides Mr. Lasseter’s take not only on Nightmare but on 3D in general and why movie theaters are wanting to get more and more involved with different technologies like 3D. (here’s a hint: they need to do something different to curb the home theater experience and get patrons to pay the ridiculous movie theater prices.)
