This children’s cookbooks is filled with comical pictures from many Disney characters in the act of cooking. Each recipe contains at least one full color drawing. These include Mickey and Minnie, Donald Duck, Pluto, Peter Pan, Winnie-the-Pooh and many more. The book’s audience are parents who are teaching their kids the ways of the kitchen. The contents are:

Before You Start, Kitchen Rules, How to Measure, Kitchen Utensils, Cakes, Frosting and Cookies, Sandwiches and Soups, Pancakes an Eggs, Main Dishes, Vegetables and Salads, Desserts and Beverages.

This book has special meaning to me as I had a copy when I was a kid. I remember spending quality time with it looking at each drawing and imagining cooking the recipe. I think I actually cooked very few. I do hope to use it to teach my kids around the kitchen.

    I loved this book as a child! This book instilled a love of cooking in me, that has never diminished. I just ordered a copy off of ebay for my children.

    I love this cookbook. I got it in the third grade and I still use it. I’ve literally worn it out. It has the only recipe for tuna casserole that my father will eat. The homemade cake is awsome and the brownies incredible! While on my own, I had to explain why I was using a “comic” book as a cookbook – but it is great! I wish I could find it new for my daughters
